Via @NWSIndianapolis… Light snow develops 7–9 PM, ending 2–4 AM, with accumulations under 1 inch (highest north). Cold temps may allow some road accumulation, and wind gusts near 30 mph could cause minor blowing and drifting. Wind chills of 15–20° below zero could cause frostbite in ~30 minutes and increase hypothermia risk.
