QCat, better known as MacIntyre Jackson Jones (“Mac” for short), has lived blissfully for the last 8 years with Q1067 social media editor, Derrick Jones. Adopted from a rescue after his original owner died at age 95, Mac spends his days shedding, lounging about, staring longingly out the window at the neighborhood birds, and basking in the warmth of the afternoon sun. His greatest loves are catnip-flavored Greenies and tuna. Before his stint as the unofficial official social media mascot for Q1067, a role that has brought him accolades and praise from as far away as Frankfort, Mac enjoyed a relatively anonymous existence having only appeared on Facebook “here and there.”  Mac appreciates all of his fans and welcomes any and all fan mail and fan packages (in the form of toys and treats).
